I have come to a conclusion about myself this evening. That I need to grapple the bull by the horns and admit that I need to do something about my weight. I have slowly but surely put on weight due to overeating and little exercise.
I will be travelling to London in two weeks time with some of my girlfiends and by then I would like to at least shift 2 pounds. I think this is quite a small goal but something that I can achieve.
I hope that by keeping an online journal my motivation for this task will stay high as I tend to lose my willpower quickly if I have nothing focus on.
I will not be sharing how much I weigh as I do not wish to begin yet another sizing debate. I will just share that I feel my current weight is too much for me and I intend to do something about it.
I shall begin my task by for the time being removing chocolate and fizzy drinks from my diet and replacing these with frut portions and water.
So here goes.. Wish me luck!!.
